Through an email to email@example.com, please let me know which brand design or website design services and/or packages you are interested in and a little bit about you and your business.
Once the questionnaire is completed and returned to me by email, I will ask you to read my terms and conditions (and approve by email) and I will also issue a non-refundable 50% deposit invoice. It is at this time I will book you into the White Space project calendar.
This is the exciting part! Using your design questionnaire, I will start to work on your project.
For White Space brand design clients, usually within seven working days, I will email your two logo design visuals (each with two variations) presentation with colour palettes and typography choices for you to choose from.
Once you have selected your favourite logo design, we will develop together through your one round of revisions included within the booking. (Extra refinement can, of course, be completed at my rate of £30 per hour.)
For White Space website design clients, I will email to you three different website design themes for you to select from. The email will contain links to previews/demos of mock up websites and I will ask you to choose your favourite. You will have to imagine your content and images within the mock up and your new website will replicate the demo exactly. I can, however, customise with your logo, colour palette, copy and photographs.
I will also email through a website information request form. This will contain fields for you to write (or copy and paste!) content you would like to feature on each page. I will also request you email some images for me to integrate into the build of your new website.
When you sign off the designs, we will get ready to launch your new brand!
For White Space website design clients, within two to three weeks of you selecting your favourite theme, now is the time to schedule in your launch date for your brand new website to go live for public consumption! You will also receive a unique username and password with directions of how to access the ‘back-end’ of your website, where all the changes are made.
You will also receive a link with step-by-step instructions by email of how to make simple changes to your website such as how to add a new page, how to create a blog post and how to amend content and images.
Fill your glass with Champagne (or Prosecco or Cava!!) and begin celebrating your new brand and/or website!!
